Произвести ремонт или замену поврежденных лопаток главной турбины, заменить подшипники вала ротора, ротор отбалансировать. | a. | 1. Предохранительные клапаны разобрать, детали очистить, притереть испытать, собрать, испытать под давлением и предъявить Регистру. 2. Заменить нижнюю секцию утиль-котла, состоящую из 6 змеевиков, для чего произвести насечку, оплавить сварку, отрезать газовой горелкой трубы секции, вынуть и убрать отрезанную секцию, выбить конусы труб, извлечь их из коллекторов. 3. Котел очистить изнутри с водяной и газовой стороны химическим и механическим способом. Произвести футеровку топки и главного паропровода. Предъявить Регистру для наружного и внутреннего освидетельствования. 4. Снять арматуру и демонтировать защитный кожух, изоляцию и лазы котла. 3aглушить отверстия котла и произвести химическую очистку и магнитную дефектоскопию полостей с заваркой дефектных сварных швов. Произвести ремонт шиберной заслонки. 5. Сварить трубы в секцию, выправить секцию на плите, испытать гидравлически. Развернуть отверстия в коллекторах, зачистить концы секций, установить секцию в котел, приварить к коллекторам. | a.
