Analytical tools diagnosis of competitive dynamics in the retail trade




The aim of the article. The purpose of this article is: theoretically form authoring management concept competitive dynamics retailers; at the methodological level to improve analytical and diagnostic tools research level competitive dynamics retailers based on statistical analysis of parameters of development and improvement of the optimization procedure predicting changes in competitive positions.

The results of the analysis. To improve the theoretical basis, study the dynamics of competition in the proposed architectural approach to the conception of competitive dynamics, which is based on theoretical assumptions dynamic approach to the study of competition has targets to ensure long-term competitive advantages and the formation of a system of measures of network development; provides a synthesis of diagnostic, management and optimization procedures that form the basis for making appropriate strategic decisions. Studying system properties and characteristics of retail resellers allowed to fill existing gaps in the theory and practice of diagnosing problems retail development, to identify stages and parameters of retail intermediaries, fundamentally different in format and scope of activity. The analytical procedures in assessing the effectiveness of retail through the use of integrated assessment of trade in a particular region, as specific procedures that reflect functional relationships retailers with the environment.

Conclusions and directions of further researches. Thus, the results of research on the theoretical level, the concept of managing the dynamics of competitive retailers system that contains three components: Structural studies of competition in the retail trade, the development of methods for dynamic assessment of competitiveness of retailers and modeling of competitive behavior and local network operators that collectively form the basis of creating and maintaining competitive advantage in the long run.

The basis of analytical tools for the study of competitive dynamics responsible integral indicator of retail development in the region using the principles and techniques microdiagnostic research. According to the results of the corresponding calculations can form analytical foundation level study of competitive dynamics in the context of specific clusters of retailers in the region, given the size, specialization and others. Also, the system of optimization procedures for modeling the dynamics of enterprise competitive nature of the retail trade based on fractal analysis procedures, subject to the conditions of formation of competitive advantages, the nature of the competitive process and the specifics of the competitive behavior of network operators in the format of competition in the retail trade. Modeling procedure is the ranking of objects based on the competitive position (static), the generation of fractal time series changes in competitive positions, the impact of competition and competitive behavior of (dynamic).
