Morn of all the morns on Earth

And greatly, our great Father and God,

We beseech this favor too

Teach our family, friends and nation

For you, our God, your full appreciation

The only God we've ever known,

Our father, friend and refuge rock

Great God of Israel, our Lord and God,

To whom the faithful flock.

Please hear our prayer of thanks today

As thru the woods we walk,

And hear the writing wrote on our hearts

As we most humbly talk.

Thank you Father, for the day

All afresh and new

Thank you for the blessings of life

that seem always to renew."

Amen, Amen, There are few scenes in life

More glorious to behold

Than newly bright dawns of life so sweet

From dark centuries that grew cold.

Oh would that every morning's golden sun could

be bright as upon this blessed day,

as ‘twas Eden's early first sun ray.

For never was another morn so good,

so bright on Earth as it is upon

this day's great golden dawn.

We wait in hopeful anticipation

For the morning star so bright

To rise in each house and nation

Bringing gentle warmth of light

An end to every darkened night.

Like whales of the oceans' endless depths

We call to God in heaven above

Calling in prayer with wistful breaths

for the emblems of Noah's dove.

If only we should all be

So blessed as to receive
