VII. Reading comprehension.

1.T. I expect you to do one more task. You are going to get some information about Popular American sport games. You will read five texts and guess the name of these games, choosing it from the list and filling in the table with letters.

T. You coped with the task quickly. What helped you to do it so fast?

2. T. As a survey showed that football is a popular game in our class (most of the class named football - a favourite game). I want to offer you to do a short test in order to find out how you know this game. (дети выполняют тест).

T. I think it’s high time to finish our lesson. First of all I want you to show me the faces. Oh, I am glad that your mood is better than at the beginning of the lesson. Then I can say that you liked the lesson.
