ONTOLOGY OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

Being comes from Nothing as Responsibility. Qualitative and spations levels of Being are the levels of Responsibility. Time is Responsibility, it always has its time. Rapidity is the pathos of Irresponsibility as illusion of freedom. Responsibility is the spiritually inner constructive, Irresponsibility is the outer superfi­cial resultative. Irresponsibility is a measure of a human. At the same time Irresponsibility is the substance of law. Law is as substantial as it is responsible. The structure of responsibility underlies law. Any category or law concept may be verified heuristically as specific constructions of effective responsibility. Responsi­bility is a system forming mechanism of society and law with their emphasis on integrity? Responsibility is increased and gets more complex. Responsibility is the battle-field of Being and Nothing in the sphere of Existence. The victories of non-beings in the structure of responsibility cause destructive processes in legal system. The thing responds to the responsible. At the same time interest is always responsible before itself but not always before Responsibility. Murder is a suicide of Being. Punishment is the function of self-re­newing of Existence. Civil society is ontology of responsibility in the structure of a legal state. Being in its beingness of Existence law through functioning of responsibility as non-freedoms into Responsibility as Freedom and becomes Law.
