Артикли не употребляются:

1. с именами собственными: Peter, Kate, Natasha…
2. перед нарицательными существительными с определением, выраженным притяжательным и указательным местоимением или количественным числительным: My pen is bad. That man is nice. Page 7 is clean.
3. если существительное является обращением:Children! Be quiet!
4. перед названиями дней недели, месяцев и времен года:

Spring has come at last. July is a summer month. We don’t go to school on Sunday.
