TABLE OF CORRESPONDENCE, THE

Note: The last item listed in the contents of Volume One of The Collected Works is The Table of

Correspondence. However, this item was never included. In the first [camel hair] edition of Vol I [1905] there is a 3 3/4" x 5" slip sewn in between pages 264-265 which simply states: "The Table of Correspondence has been delayed owing to the extreme complexity of the subject, and mechanical difficulty in diagrammatizing. It will be issued with Vol.II, but should be bound up in it's proper place, at the end of this issue." - Be this as it may, it was never included in any of the three volumes.
