8. The tradition of addressing to the nation every Christmas, on (the) 25^th (of) Dec. with the speech was first started by King George V, whose message to the Empire was broadcast by wireless. The text of the first speech in 1932 was written by Rudyard Kipling.

9. Shakespeare wrote thirty-six plays. They are still read and acted all over the world.

10. Colchester is the oldest recorded town in Britain. It has over 2000 years of history to discover. In AD 43 this Celtic town became the first capital in the area.
