JP7208060 ROCK BLASTING WORK BY BORING ENERGY EVALUATION VALUE OF BORING MACHINE AND CORRECTING METHOD OF SUPPORT STRUCTURE.

PURPOSE:To correct blasting works and support structures by use of boring data. CONSTITUTION:Boring data are collected at a boring data-collection part 10 provided in the boring machine when a specified hole is cut in rocks by the boring machine, in a rock blasting work. The respective boring data are inputted in an operating part 20 loaded on the boring machine to calculate true respective boring energy. These boring energy data are compared with the rock strength or the rock classification data stored in the memory 21 of the operation part 20 to confirm whether a preset charge of explosive used for respective holes is correct or not and correct it to an appropriate charge volume corresponding to the collected boring energy data. In this way, the charge volume of an explosive necessary for rock blasting can be appropriately set on the basis of the rock strength and the rock classification data.
