ON THE FINANCIAL RESULTS OF ITS ACTIVITY»

Bachelor's thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography list, including 37 names literature. Work that contains 37 tables and 26 drawings.

In the introduction relevance, the stated aim, tasks, indicated object and subject of the work. The aim is to study the factors affecting the formation of costs, as well as to identify possible ways to reduce costs to improve financial results of the company. Object of research - the open joint stock company VolgoBuild, which is located in Kirovsky district, city of Volgograd. The company manufactures and sells molded products, profile PVC and sells wholesale and retail finishing construction materials.

In the first section deals with the current state of the construction industry, characterized place in it investigated enterprise provides its general characteristics.

In the second section are investigated organizational and production, financing of the financial and economic indicators and modalities of the studied companies. Here the analysis of the composition and structure of costs.

In the third section the review of costs of JSC VolgoBuild, the pre-shared activities for risk management, assessed the expected effect from implementation of the proposals.
