The handwritten & colored version published in the Commentaries to The Holy Books is from Northwestern University. This ritual is performed alone by an initiate and should not be confused with Troa vel Pyramidos which is a 'group initiation ritual.' Some AA branches use the ritual of Troa vel Pyramidos to initiate a person into the Neophyte degree while other branches use Liber Pyramidos.
