Note: The Introduction was released separately as a small pamphlet under the title of Stuart X, The Man Who Put the O.K. In Book. In the Sept.96 issue of the TLC it states that the title was something created as a joke by Karl Germer in a letter to Dr.Krumm-Heller in the 1950s, but this is historically wrong. It was used in 1916, years before Crowley ever met Karl Germer.
