Р. Специальные методы исследования лимфоузлов.




В настоящее время не существует специальных методов исследования, которые используются в качестве рутинных методов в гистологии для оценки метастазов в лимфоузлах (т.е. протоколы для сторожевых лимфоузлов не имеют поддержки). Однако подтверждение с помощью ИГХ-исследования, включая тироглобулин для папиллярного рака, кальцитонин и нейроэндокринные маркеры (такие, как хромогранины, синаптофизин, CD56) для медуллярного рака может потребоваться патологу.
