Lubricants
Unless a special arrangement is made, SEW-EURODRIVE supplies the drives with a lubricant fill adapted forthe specific gear unit and mounting position. The mounting position (M1 - M6, see chapter "Mounting positions (→ 110)’’) must be specified in the order. You must adapt the lubricant fill in case of any subsequent changes made to the mounting position, see chapter "Lubricant fill quantities (→ 151)’’.
Bearing greases
The gear unit rolling bearings are given a factory-fill with the greases listed below. SEW-EURODRIVE recommends re-greasing the rolling bearings with a grease filling at the same time as changing the oil.
