Score	Type of earthquake	Brief description
	Imperceptible	Earthquake tremors are only detected by seismic equipment.
	Very weak	People feel the earthquake tremor in a state of complete rest.
	Weak	A small part of population can feel vibrations.
	Moderate	Earthquake tremor is recognized by vibration of things, dishes, windows and the groan of the door.
	Sufficiently strong	Overall shaking of buildings takes place with furniture fluctuations, formation of cracks in the glass and plaster.
	Strong (High)	Vibration leads to breaking off pieces of plaster and small damage of the building.
	Very strong	Fluctuation causes the cracks formation in the wall of a stone building. Aseismic and wooden buildings are not destroyed.
	Destructive	Severe damage of the buildings.
	Ruinous	Severe damage of stone building. In this case earthquake vibrations also cause landslide and avalanche.
	Crushing	Earthquake leads to the destruction of the stone buildings, formation of large cracks in the ground, occurrence of landslides and avalanches.
	Catastrophe	Earthquake causes a complete destruction of stone buildings with formation of wide cracks in the ground, occurrence of numerous landslides and avalanches.
	Strong catastrophe	All constructions are destroyed. The terrain is changed.
