The DWB Ltd, registered under the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in the person of its General Manager, ____________, acting pursuant to its Charter, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the Coal & White Ltd, registered under the current legislation of Great Britain, in the person of its director, __________________________, acting pursuant to___________________, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, have concluded the present Contractto the following effect:

1. Subject of the Contract

The Seller undertakes to sell and the Buyer

undertakes to accept and pay for 9-oxo-10(9H)-acridine acetic acid and Chlorhexidine Base, 8 and 9 tonnes a month respectively, during four months (hereinafter: the Goods),according to the schedule of shipments drawn as Appendix No. 1 which is an integral part of the present Contract, under the conditions specified in the present Contract. The Goods will be exported into Great Britain СIF port Felixstowe (Great Britain).

The software, including, without limitation, computer programs, technical drawings, know-how, formula, processes, ideas, inventions (whether patent or not), product development plans, forecasts, strategies and information.

2. The Party receiving Confidential Information (hereinafter “Recipient”) from the other party (hereinafter “Discloser”) will use such Confidential Information only for the following purpose:

Co-operation for implementation and marketing of the product.
